Save What You Love: The Summer 2025 Runway Show

Our Summer 2025 runway show at Paris Fashion Week was led by a ‘Save What You Love’ manifesto narrated by Helen Mirren, inspired by author and birdwatcher Jonathan Franzen’s book The End of the End of the Earth. A celebration of and call to action for birds, Stella presented a collection crafted without harming a single creature – using 91% conscious materials.

Models held Stella Times newspapers informing on the collection and Stella Ryder, our new icon. A silver edition appears in Hydefy; a world-first innovation made from fungi and sugar cane derivatives.

Other key innovations included cloud knits spun from a recycled and recyclable nylon yarn, regenerated from plastic bottles and caps. Doves are hand-carved in gold and silver repurposing electronic and medical waste, created in collaboration with 886 by The Royal Mint.

Stella Ryder

We introduced our new vegan icon, the Stella Ryder, on the Summer 2025 runway – sculpted to a curved silhouette mirroring the slope of a horse’s back, a nod to Stella’s favourite animal. Presenting a new level of cruelty-free hand-craftmanship, the Stella Ryder is exclusively available for pre-order now (delivering November 2024).

The Collection

The Summer 2025 collection reimagines codes of power, sensuality and sport in tactile fabrics and soft shades, punctuated by red and sky tones. Staying true to classic Stella codes are Savile Row tailoring, alluring semi-sheer organic silk chiffons and knits, and pleated gowns catching the wind in each stride. Hand-painted dove prints are on organic silk, while a sportiness comes from laser-perforated vegan alternatives to leather.
