STELLA’S GOLDEN HORSESHOE


The competition will run from 6.00 pm on January 17th 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 6.00 pm on February 13th 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.


All competition entries must be received by Stella McCartney no later than the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are not valid.

No purchase necessary and there is no charge to participate in the competition.

Stella McCartney will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.


Eligibility



The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Stella McCartney may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.


There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.


The Prize

The prize is one Stella McCartney Ryder bag (crossbody, vegan material, logo padlock).

The prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Stella McCartney reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.


Winner

Winners

The winner shall be selected at random by an individual independent from Stella McCartney located in London. This will guarantee transparency and fairness of the draw. Stella McCartney will attempt to contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date using the email address provided for participation in the Competition. The date that Stella McCartney first attempts to make contact with the winner will be the “Announcement Date”. Selection is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Stella McCartney will, upon request, make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Stella McCartney will send the surname and county of the prize winner(s) and, if applicable a copy of the winning entry, to anyone who emails Contact Us - Stella McCartney. within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.


If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being made available, please contact Stella McCartney Contact Us - Stella McCartney. In such circumstances, Stella McCartney must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.



Claiming the prize

If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 30 of days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by contacting the Stella McCartney Customer Service team: Contact Us - Stella McCartney. If you do not claim the prize within this timeframe, your claim will become invalid. Please allow 30 days for delivery of the prize.

The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

Stella McCartney will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 30 of days of the Announcement Date, Stella McCartney reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

Stella McCartney does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.


Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, Stella McCartney, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Stella McCartney, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


General

Stella McCartney will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also above, with regard to the announcement of winners.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Stella McCartney may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition. Stella McCartney reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
