“COME TOGETHER” GIFT WITH PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the “COMETOGETHER” Gift with Purchase initiative ("Initiative") By participating in this Initiative, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Promoters. The Initiative is organized by Stella McCartney Ltd and run by Stella McCartney Ltd jointly with its affiliates Stella McCartney Italia S.r.l., Stella McCartney America Inc., Stella McCartney France SAS, Stella McCartney Spain SL, Stella McCartney Spain (each one of such entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

3. Initiative Period The Initiative will run from February 8th 2025, to February 14th, 2025 inclusive for retail channel (each of the above, "Initiative Period"). Participants who make purchases outside the Initiative Period will not receive the Gift with their purchase.

4. Eligibility This Initiative is open to the first ten customers having reached the majority age in the country of residence who have purchase a minimum of two Stella McCartney products of which at least one must be a Ryder or a Falabella bag (the Ryder and the Falabella bag referred to as "Eligible Products") in each one of the following Company's directly owned stores located in the following cities:

The Initiative is limited to one gift per customer, regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased.

The Gift With Purchase cannot be combined with other promotions.

5. Gift Details The eligible customers will receive one Maude product as detailed in the promotional advertising, as a gift ("Gift") chosen randomly among

· green Spot

· grey Spot

· Vibe.

The Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

The eligible customers shall not, while using the Gift, display or publicize any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing, or content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights).

6. How to Participate To participate in the Initiative, customers must purchase a minimum of two Stella McCartney products of which at least one must be an Eligible Product during the Initiative Period. The first ten customers who make a qualifying purchase in the listed stores will automatically receive the Gift.

7. Delivery of Gift The Gift will be provided at the time of purchase of the Eligible Product.

8. General Conditions The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Initiative at any time without prior notice. The Company's decision regarding any aspect of the Initiative is final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind resulting from or in connection with this Initiative or the use of the Gift.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
