How to return your parka

There are two ways to return your parka to us:

 

1.     Take it to your nearest Stella McCartney boutique and our in-store team will take care of it for you: Store locator

 

2.     Use our pre-paid postage label: Generate yours




How the process works

Production:


1.     Suppliers involved in the production

  • Italy receives the fabric and accessories
  • Quality checks in Italy
  • All materials get shipped to our sub-contractor in Poland, where they proceed with the: cut, assembly, ironing, quality check, packing
  • Shipping to Stella McCartney warehouse in Italy


2.     Sent to stores


Closing the loop through our take-back scheme:


1.     Return to stores

2.     Sent to Stella McCartney warehouses and Aquafil collection points

3.     Sent to Aquafil recycling plant

4.     Turned into new yarns, never landfill
