Primed for eveningwear or everyday glamour, Stella McCartney’s Elsa kitten heel is given a playful makeover. Sculpted from our butter-soft vegan alternative to leather, each is embellished with crystalline lips – continuing a story from our Winter 2024 runway. This pair is finished with a comfortable, contrasting red lining and a sculpted 50mm heel.
